At 40 years old, Kevin is a dedicated father of a 15-year-old daughter Alyssa and an 8-year-old son Kevin-David,balancing the responsibilities of family life with a successful career in the behavioral health industry. Overcoming personal struggles, Kevin has been sober since August 27, 2020, and credits his journey of recovery for instilling resilience, determination, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in both his personal and professional life. Starting as a 3rd-shift Behavioral Health Technician, at The Recovery Institute of Ohio Kevin has worked his way up through the ranks, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and leadership skills. In December 2024, he was appointed Director of Operations, a role that allows him to apply his passion for supporting others to enhance operational efficiency and foster an environment of growth and support within the organization. With a focus on team development, process optimization, and personal empowerment, Kevin brings a unique perspective to his leadership, having walked the path of transformation both personally and professionally. He is committed to creating systems that support the well-being of both employees and clients while continuously striving to improve operations. In addition to his professional achievements, Kevin is deeply committed to helping others navigate challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. His journey has shaped him into a compassionate leader with a strong focus on empathy, integrity, and continuous self-improvement.
